The H2 Select fan convector range needs little user interaction. In ‘Winter’ mode, when the low temperature cutout thermostat (T4) senses hot water in the coil the unit will operate. Then, by measuring the room temperature (T1 & T2 thermostats) the unit automatically cycles between low/medium speed and on/off, depending upon the actual versus desired room condition. When the boiler is switched off the T4 thermostat will also turn off the fan convector. In ‘Summer’ mode, the unit continually re-circulates ambient air.

Whereas most fan convectors have a surface temperature in excess of 50°C, the surface temperature of the Forceflow Low Surface Temperature (LST) is no greater than 43°C. This is a significant safety benefit, especially in environments where there are young children or vulnerable adults, such as nurseries, infant and special needs schools, sheltered accommodation and care homes.

INNOVAIR Fresh Air Fan Convector
Innovair fresh air fan convectors provide controlled volumes of fresh air, control of space temperature and free/night cooling. All Innovair units incorporate a unique ‘cyclic’ fresh air damper system, which allows the amount of outside air entering the space to be accurately metered and varied in line with the occupants’ fresh air requirements. With or without BMS control, one Innovair unit will heat and ventilate a typical room, occupied by up to 31 people.
The patented ‘cyclic’ fresh air damper system provides precise quantities of outside air for ventilation (BB101),free cooling and night cooling. It is also available with high efficiency fans operating at a specific fan power of <0.2W/l/s.
